Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blythe & Bloom Skin. We want your order experience to be clear, comfortable, and handled with care. If you need to request a return or report an issue with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. The product should be returned with its original packaging when applicable, and you must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, and personal care products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with may not be accepted for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

1. Opened or used beauty products
2. Final sale or clearance items
3. Gift cards
4. Custom or personalized products
5. Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
6. Returns sent back without approval from our support team

How to Request a Return

Before sending any product back, please contact our support team with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Blythe & Bloom Skin is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the item, packaging, or shipping label to help us review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from Blythe & Bloom Skin.

Exchanges and Cancellations

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item first and place a new order after your return is approved.

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our standard return process.
